Ray Williams

LMFT

Ray graduated From Adler Graduate School of Minnesota and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. During time there, he was also certified as a Parent Coach and Professional Life Coach. He later was certified as a DBT therapist, working as an individual therapist and group leader.

Often people first meet him when they are feeling down, stressed out or struggling with relationships in life. Sometimes things aren’t going well at work or it seems too hard to keep going this way. Many times family or friends have recommended that a person “get help” for a problem or difficulty.

“Because I’ve been married with kids for a while, I realize how difficult family relationships can be and how rewarding they are. I have had a passion for being a husband and dad, and i has carried forward to my relationships with clients. I really enjoy seeing relationships in families grow and develop in healthy ways. I view life as being holistic; what affects the body also affects the mind.”

“I have been married over 20 years with four kids, two teenagers. I enjoy time with family, music, and camping. I’m active in church and finding ways to contribute to others. When not working I might be enjoying some simple things like a good meal, sitting on the deck watching a sunset in the summer evenings or laughing with family and friends.”

Please feel free to contact me to see if working with me would be good fit for you.
