“My approach to both therapy and life is optimistic and nonjudgmental. You will find me down-to-earth, working at your pace to build personalized problem-solving strategies. I have 20+ years of experience working with individuals and families in transition. I believe that all human beings are moving through life to belong, to love and be loved.  Life events will inevitably interrupt our efforts, and therapy is a great place to get yourself back on track.  I believe that therapy should be a supportive time in your week, set aside to both challenge yourself and set goals so that your time spent makes the difference you want. I am an authentic person who you can trust to be kind and honest with you….whether your parenting style isn’t working to create the family atmosphere you want, you feel as if you need new skills to combat anxiety or depression, or you want to be a better partner to yourself and your loved ones. My style of therapy is targeted, which means that you will leave each session with ideas to try out before your next session. Special passions of mine are the changing roles of men and women in relationship, adult ADHD, and difficult co-parenting relationships.  We will work together to nourish your relationship with yourself and others. I look forward to meeting you! Please email or call. I am happy to answer any questions you may have or just talk for a few minutes to see if we are a good match to work together.”
