I’m a husband and father of three from Northern Minnesota. I greatly enjoy playing guitar, cooking, and reading. My passion is helping people find greater mental health, fulfillment, and meaning in life, in their relationships with others, and their world. I use an integrated approach that keeps the client at the center of their therapy process, which allows me to help meet clients where they are at in life, and help themselves to move forward in their unique life and career journeys.
Since 1992, I’ve had the pleasure of practicing counseling, therapy, coaching, and social work with individuals, groups, and families in education, additions recovery, mental health, corrections, and financial service settings. I specialize in helping adults, couples, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds find recovery from additions and mental health problems. I’m a trained and experienced Adlerian Psychotherapist.
