Solution Focused Group Therapy promotes Connection & Accountability

Transitions Group: For people going through or wanting to make significant changes in their lives. (Divorce, career change etc.) We will assess current life satisfaction and function, define priorities and set achievable goals. A coaching type process that brings out the best in people.

Transitions Group Meetings: Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:30pm starting July 1, 2015.

Substance use/abuse: A solution focused approach to assessing stress and response patterns and finding replacements that work. For people wanting to reduce harm of substance abuse and live a healthier lifestyle.

Substance Use/Abuse Meetings: TBA

Sobriety/abstinence support: Moving on with your life after treatment. A non-AA approach to sobriety that looks at life priorities, sets goals to move on and make a plan. The group provides support and accountability.

Personal relationship with food: Increase your consciousness in the way you relate to food and your personal issues surrounding food. A solution focused, holistic approach to improve your overall health and make long term changes in lifestyle.
