I bring curiosity, compassion and understanding to your session, and my approach is thoughtful, genuine and authentic. I provide support and practical feedback to you in a peaceful and nonjudgmental environment and will respectfully challenge you to help you accomplish your goals.
I work with issues of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and with trauma from an attachment-focused view. I work with individuals, couples and families, with a special interest in step-family issues, blending of families and remarriage. My husband and I have successfully combined our families, and I understand the challenges and rewards of this special journey.
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
